Do u have any recommendations for designer tuxedos at an affordable price? Im very slim and rented tuxes fit really baggy. I need to buy a slim fit tux & get it tailored.
I was very lucky to find my tuxedo on sale and haven’t seen many on sale since. The only store I have seen with “affordable” tuxedos is Stein Mart. They have a Ralph Lauren Tuxedo for around $250. It is not slim though. It actually has a terrible fit. A good tailor/alterations place could fix that though but it would add around $100 to the price if you take in the pant leg width and seat along with the jacket’s waist/shoulder area and arms. Another option would be www.zara.com. They have the tuxedo jacket pictured below for $189 and a black pant for $60 that would come fitted well and should look great together. Lastly, if your’e willing to branch out and try a gray or navy tuxedo, asos.com has slim fit jacket and pant for around $240 total. (They had some on sale for great prices but they are sold out in most sizes.) Here are the links for those and I hope this helps!
